Returns
If a customer’s powerblanket® is thought to be defective under the Terms of Limited Warranty, the powerblanket® may be returned (receipt must be included with return) and product must be examined by powerblanket® staff to determine nature of defect before replacement is provided. Please be sure to call and get and RAM # and write the number clearly on the outside box before returning any product to powerblanket.
Returns may be handled with the following 3 simple steps.
- Contact Powerblanket to explain the problem and to obtain an RMA number.

- Securely stretch-wrap the entire blanket and cord
- Take the package to your nearest shipper (ie. UPS). Please make sure that the RMA number is written clearly on the package.
All sales are final. No returns except for manufacturers defect. Faulty product will be replaced with same item. See terms of limited warranty
