When the temperature drops, so does the foam’s ability to maintain the proper chemical mixture. Unless you have a heating solution that warms your spray foam to the proper temperature, you could lose achieve lower yields when the winter months roll around.

Traditional heating solutions for the spray-foam industry, such as band heaters, often create more problems than they solve. Burning, flaking, and frothing are all commons consequences of overheating your spray-foam.   • Cooling Blankets use our patented heat spreading technology in reverse to draw heat to the blanket and cool the contents of the container
  • Control temperature of spray foam bulk materials
    • Increase yields (bulk materials over 90F will reduce yields for most spray foams
    • Maintain foam quality (hot bulk material can decrease foam tenacity and increase foam density)
    • Decrease foam application times (increasing foam density and quality decreases application times
