What does this limited warranty cover:

This limited warranty will cover the heating device within the product for defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 1 year of delivery.

This warranty will cover the integrity of the welds and integrity of outer material for 1 year from day of delivery.

What this limited warranty does not cover:

No limited warranty shall apply when damage is caused by any of the following:

• A power surge caused by any power source.
• Damage to outer shell when the product is not moved according to instructions.
• Placing of one product on top of another product while plugged into a power source.
• Folding part of the product over on top itself when plugged into a power source.
• Abusive treatment of product while being moved, including, but not limited to:
  • Dragging or draping the product over sharp objects
  • Dragging or hanging the product by a plug wire
  • Driving equipment onto or over the product
