Many industrial processes demand cooled temperatures. Powerblanket has developed a line of process cooling products that make it easy to take control of cooling in your processes. The new Powerblanket Ice line of products include various ready-to-ship sizes for buckets, drums, and ibc totes. We also have the capability to produce custom solutions for most applications.
The key to keeping products and materials at your desired temperature is to prevent external heat from reaching it. An effective cooling solution should be able to remove as much heat as the environment is sending into the material you are trying to protect against the heat. Each Powerblanket Ice process cooling product cover is white, therefore absorbing less external heat into the product, and the insulation is the same as the robust system used in the Powerblanket heating products, keeping the desired cooling directly on your container. Powerblanket Ice effectively regulates temperature-sensitive material under both regular and hot conditions. If your processes demand lower temperatures, Powerblanket Ice process cooling products have you covered.
Powerblanket has developed a line of ready-to-ship products to cool a variety of standard sized tanks.
In addition to our ready-to-ship cooling products, we also provide a wide variety of process cooling solutions. Powerblanket custom process cooling products provide the best solution for a wide variety of process cooling applications. Heating, insulating, thawing, and protecting critical materials and equipment from harsh outdoor environments is our specialty.
When you purchase a Powerblanket custom cooling solution, you’ll benefit from quick turn-around times and the ability to choose from varying levels of customization. Our products are easy to install, use, and store. Our world class engineering team has an expertise in heat transfer and temperature control, so whether you need
Seeking a cooling solution for one of their Mexico plants, a large manufacturing company found Powerblanket through a third party distributor. They had 55 gallon drums of varnish, epoxy, and resins and were losing up to eight barrels (valued at $5,000.00 each) each week in the hot humid conditions at their plant.
The ambient conditions of roughly 125°F caused the material in the drum to cure while still in the barrel. Powerblanket supplied six chillers and six circulation blankets to stage on production line and eliminated their material losses.
