If you’re a spray foam contractor, then you know the truth: spray foam is difficult to work with in cold weather. When the temperature drops, so does the foam’s ability to maintain the proper chemical mixture. Unless you have a heating solution that warms your spray foam to the proper temperature, you could lose achieve lower yields when the winter months roll around.

Traditional heating solutions for the spray-foam industry, such as band heaters, often create more problems than they solve. Burning, flaking, and frothing are all commons consequences of overheating your spray-foam. Powerblanket® patented technology offers evenly distributed heat across the entire surface area, eliminating hot and cold spots. Each heater has built-in thermostats that prevent overheating.

  • Accommodates units that contain the spray-foam kit boxes, the spray-foam cylinders, or any other customized shape or size of spray-foam units
  • Provides a solution that can evenly heat the spray foam from all sides for consistent performance
  • Provides a well-insulated unit to keep the heat from leaking out
  • Conforms to safety certifications, including UL (in the U.S.) and CSA (in Canada) through Intertek cETLus mark of accreditation

  • Our barrel heaters work with both steel and poly containers
  • Full wrap-around design provides complete insulation and ensures equal heat distribution
  • Drum warmers deliver safe, uniform heat to expensive materials without overheating or burning
  • Drum heaters design decreases and prevents product waste among temp sensitive materials by maintaining consistent storage temperatures without significant fluctuations
  • Highly energy-efficient, patented technology and design lowers energy related expenses and overall project and equipment costs
  • Customizable design
  • Meets all needed safety certifications

  • Cooling Blankets use our patented heat spreading technology in reverse to draw heat to the blanket and cool the contents of the container
  • Control temperature of spray foam bulk materials
    • Increase yields (bulk materials over 90F will reduce yields for most spray foams
    • Maintain foam quality (hot bulk material can decrease foam tenacity and increase foam density)
    • Decrease foam application times (increasing foam density and quality decreases application times
  • Reduce time waiting for spray foam bulk materials to cool
    • When materials are delivered too hot, waiting for the material to cool can mean lost hours/days
  • Blankets can be left installed and running while bulk material containers are in use
  • Both the ice box and chiller driven systems are portable (120VAC required)

  • Eliminate down time
  • Improve efficiency
  • Reduce storage costs
  • Increase yield

“Powerblanket® barrel and bucket heaters are a drastic improvement over the original band heaters we use to offer. With Powerblanket® products, we no longer have to worry about over-heating or unpredictable thermostats. Their GreenHeat® Technology provides uniform heat throughout the entire barrel of product, which is paramount to what we do. Powerblanket® products are very durable, look great, and are the only heaters we will offer our customers.”
