Powerblanket 250-gallon tote heaters offer cutting-edge technology for freeze protection, chemical storage, and viscosity control in a flexible, easy-to-install design that will effectively, evenly, and reliably heat your IBC tote. Our patented design provides uniform, full-coverage heat across the entire surface of the container, eliminating hot and cold spots. As a result, you can keep your materials at the proper viscosity while maintaining specified thermal levels. You can equip each 250-gallon tote heater with either an adjustable or IoT smart thermostat.

250-gallon tote heaters come in two voltages: 120 volts and 240 volts. Choose between two different thermal rating classes:

  • Powerblanket – designed for any definitive heating applications, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F
  • Powerblanket Xtreme – The Xtreme model is designed for harsh climates, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -58 F

All of our 250-gallon tote heaters come as an insulated, water-resistant full-wrap design with cinch straps to secure a tight fit. All Powerblanket products are ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE safety standards.
