Powerbanket 330-gallon IBC tote warmers offer cutting-edge technology for freeze protection, chemical storage, and viscosity control in a flexible, easy-to-install design that will effectively, evenly, and reliably heat your IBC tote. Our patented design eliminates hot and cold spots by applying uniform full-coverage heat across the entire surface of the container, allowing users to keep their materials at the proper viscosity while remaining at specified thermal levels. Each tote heater can be equipped with either an adjustable or an IoT smart thermostat.

 

330-gallon tote heaters come in two voltages: 120 volts and 240 volts. Choose between two different thermal rating classes: 

  • Powerblanket – designed for any definitive heating applications, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F
  • Powerblanket Xtreme – designed for harsh climates, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F

 

All of our 330-gallon tote heaters come as an insulated, water-resistant full-wrap design with cinch straps to secure a tight fit. All Powerblanket products are ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE safety standards.

    Awesome!!! This product works great on keeping my 40 weight oil totes warm enough to pump oil from even in the middle of winter. Easy to install. Easy to use. Price to me is a little high, but well worth it with the down time I was having with trying to pump cold oil.

    Powerblanket delivers an excellent product for heating our chemicals. Perfect form and fit and the adjustable thermostat really works well. This heated wrap should last us for years. We are many times more efficient using this product for heating and reheating our chemicals and will never use a band heater again! Thank goodness.

Durable as long as you don’t abuse it. Easy enough for one person to apply or remove, but 2nd set of hands is helpful.
