Powerbanket 550-gallon IBC tote warmers offer cutting-edge technology for freeze protection, chemical storage, and viscosity control in a flexible, easy-to-install design that will effectively, evenly, and reliably heat your IBC tote. Our patented design eliminates hot and cold spots by applying uniform full-coverage heat across the entire surface of the container, allowing users to keep their materials at the proper viscosity while remaining at specified thermal levels. Each tote heater can be equipped with either an adjustable or an IoT smart thermostat.

550-gallon tote heaters come in two voltages: 120 volts and 240 volts. Choose between two different thermal rating classes: 

  • Powerblanket – designed for any definitive heating applications, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F
  • Powerblanket Xtreme – designed for harsh climates, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F

All of our 550-gallon tote heaters come as an insulated, water-resistant full-wrap design with cinch straps to secure a tight fit. All Powerblanket products are ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE safety standards.

TH550G: The 550 gallon (2082 liter) IBC tote heater from Powerblanket offers cutting-edge technology in a flexible, easy-to-install design that will effectively, evenly, and reliably heat your IBC tote, keeping the contents protected and at the optimal temperature. The TH550G comes with an adjustable thermostat, so you can control the temperature. The material of the heater is a durable and rugged vinyl shell and can be safely used in temperatures as low as -40 ºF. This revolutionary design provides uniform heat throughout the tote, thus eliminating hot and cold spots. Powerblanket products provide a maintenance free heating solution, which eliminates the headache of maintaining critical temperatures. If stored properly, chemicals and industrial products will last longer and be more effective. In turn, this saves time, hassle, and money. It is also ETL certified to UL & CSA safety standards.
