Powerblanket’s 330 gallon DEF tote heaters provide versatile and efficient solutions for warming and storing diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). These power blanket tote heaters operate at 120 volts, delivering up to 1440 watts of heating power with an internal preset thermostat. The patented design ensures consistent full-coverage heat across the entire surface of the container, eliminating hot and cold spots. This design helps maintain DEF at the proper viscosity and thermal levels, even in extreme conditions.
Thermal Rating Classes Heating Solutions for DEF Storage
330-gallon DEF storage heaters come in two different thermal rating classes:
- Powerblanket – designed for any definitive heating applications, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell, safe to use in temperatures as low as -20 F
- Powerblanket Xtreme – designed for harsh climates, safe to use in temperatures as low as -58F
Both designs include an insulated, full-wrap design with cinch straps for a secure fit. They are water-resistant and compatible with both poly and steel drums. Additionally, all Powerblanket products are ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE safety standards.
